If you did not purchase Beautyshow's products directly from us, please contact with your direct vendor for RMA service.

Please follow the steps as below:
>Step 1: Download the RMA Request Form ( Download )
>Step 2: Fill in the RMA Request Form, sending to your sales person to get the RMA No.
>Step 3: Return the RMA goods to BSCCTV_HK, and clearly stating the RMA No. on all document and cartons.

IMPORTANT
RMA goods received without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned immediately.
